HKBU Hospital RTLS
The Department of Computer Science at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU CSD) envisioned developing a Real-Time Tracking & Locating System (RTLS) for their hospital. This proposed system was designed to enhance operational efficiency and safety by enabling accurate, real-time tracking of medical assets and personnel. The pitch included a detailed plan for an application that would allow hospital staff to access vital locational information, monitor indoor movement, and receive system alerts, thereby aiming to streamline operations and improve patient care.
Project Goals
Enhancing Hospital Operations
